Game Preview: Pistons Face Young and Hungry Timberwolves

After an impressive blow-out win over the Pelicans Wednesday night, the Pistons look to replicate their performance Friday night when they host the youthful Minnesota Timberwolves.

Timberwolves’ star Karl Anthony-Towns has never beaten the Pistons.  Detroit’s star Andre Drummond has made it incredibly difficult for the big KAT to function in the low post.  Unfortunately for Minnesota’s big man, Andre Drummond has been playing at an incredibly high level in his last four games.  In those games Drummond averages 19 points and 15 rebounds.

Minnesota won five of their last six games before getting demolished by the defending NBA champions last night.  Both teams have under succeeded thus far and are in dire need for a win.
