Game Preview: Pistons Host Hornets After Brutal Loss to Bulls

The Detroit Pistons(22-19) host the Charlotte Hornets(16-25) this afternoon at Little Ceasers Arena. The game begins at 12:30p.m.

The Hornets have endured a disappointing season so far, which has led to many speculating they could move their talented point guard, Kemba Walker. Charlotte dropped their last game to the Oklahoma City Thunder, 101-91. Walker had 19 points and just two assists in the loss. Dwight Howard added 11 points and 17 rebounds. The Hornets were outscored 46-32 in the second half.

Detroit lost in tough fashion on Saturday night to the Chicago Bulls, 107-105. Andre Drummond was great again, scoring 21 points, grabbing 15 rebounds, and dishing out four assists. Avery Bradley added 26 points. Tobias Harris was limited to just seven points on 3-14 shooting.

The Pistons and Hornets met earlier this season when the Pistons topped Charlotte 102-90 at Little Ceasers Arena.

Injuries

The Pistons will be without Reggie Jackson(ankle) and Jon Leuer(ankle). Stanley Johnson(hip) is questionable.

Cody Zeller(knee) is out for the Hornets.
