Game Review: Pistons Extend Winning Streak To 5 By Beating The Nets

The Detroit Pistons(37-40) leave Barclays Center with their 5th straight win tonight by beating the Brooklyn Nets(25-52) 108-96

This win moves the team to a 7-1 record since the return of Reggie Jackson from his ankle injury. Reggie led the way tonight, with his 29 points and three assists. Altogether though, tonight was a good team effort with four other players scoring in the double digits. Andre Drummond got himself another double-double with 13 points and 14 rebounds before he was questionably ejected after a scuffle with Nets player Quincy Acy.

It was a quiet night offensively for Brooklyn, as none of their players scored over 20 points. Aside from that, rookie Jarrett Allen did his best against Drummond. He finished with 15 points and 6 rebounds while shooting 6-9 from the field.

The Pistons will have the next few days off before they come back home to host the 76ers. The Nets will get their shot at Philadelphia before the Pistons, as they head the Philly to play them on Tuesday.
