Detroit still kicking the tires on a Grizzlies trade and Pistons owner Tom Gores desperately wants to make the playoffs (February 4th)

On the Hoop Collective Podcast, ESPN’s Brian Windhorst says that the Pistons are still in on Memphis Grizzlies point guard Mike Conley and center Marc Gasol. Windy adds that Pistons team owner Tom Gores “would love” to be in the 6/7/8 seed in the Eastern Conference. However, Windhorst says Gores has “a great affinity” for Andre Drummond, who would more than likely be in that trade.
