
Andre Drummond has been named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week, the NBA announced this afternoon. This is the fourth time in Drummond’s career that he has won the award.
The Pistons went 3-0 during the week, led by Drummond, who averaged 22.3 points, 18 rebounds, two assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game. He shot 67 percent from the field during the trip.
Drummond is averaging 17.6 points and a league-leading 15.2 rebounds per game this season. He is also the only center to average at least one block and one steal per game.
