Report: Pistons the “Favorite” to Sign Derrick Rose

According to Frank Isola of The Athletic, the Detroit Pistons are favorites to sign agent point guard Derrick Rose. Rose spent last season with the Minnesota Timberwolves. He is a former MVP.

Detroit Pistons are emerging as the favorite to sign Derrick Rose, according to a league source.

Rose averaging 18 points and shot 37% from the 3-point line last season in 51 games. He is 30 years old.

Free agency beings on June 30th at 6:00p.m.

UPDATE: 6:02 PM June 29th 2019

Rose will meet with the Pistons on Sunday and sides are hoping to agree on a two-year contract according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Well, I kinda hope they stick with the youth movement. Elfrid Payton, or E. Mudiay would be better choices.
