Detroit and the Phoenix Suns are now discussing a trade package surrounding Luke Kennard and the Suns’ first round pick, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Kennard, who’s missed 22 games with knee tendinitis, recently became a rumored trade piece in what’s been an extremely busy trade season for Detroit. The Pistons, who’ve dealt with stalling talks on Andre Drummond, are considering their options to get any lottery positioning for the 2021 NBA draft.
Kennard is currently averaging 15.8 points per game and 4.1 assists per game in what’s been a breakout season for the third-year player.
