Frank Jackson is returning to Detroit on a two-year deal, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN:
Jackson found his niche in Detroit last season as a sharpshooter after the trade of Svi Mykhailiuk in March. At 6’3″, Jackson had been used primarily as a point guard, but proved to be a much more valuable weapon as an off-guard, as he provided a consistent threat from three-point range on an otherwise underwhelming shooting team. Jackson should have an opportunity to secure a role as Detroit’s backup shooting guard next season.
